Nothing. I wasnt given a chance. Carla Jones was a NO SHOW without explanation for TWO APPOINTMENTS! First No Show. After first no show I called, left messages and texted with concern that something horrible happened Carla texted me about five days later saying that son had very high fever and she was busy with him. We rescheduled for morning appointment. Morning arrived. I received text that she was running late from current grooming and that shed arrive in an hour. Never heard from her again! Nearly FIVE HOURS LATER, I sent my last text to her: CARLA!!! IS THIS BS??? My neighbors had also been anxious to meet Carla Jones and possibly having a new mobile groomer for their two dogs.

After some communication errors we connected with Carla and loved her work. Our little Henry has never looked or smelled so good. She did a fantastic job. She is now our go to for Henry. Thank you Carla. You get 5 stars 🌟 from us.

Carla was great with me and my baby... she was so loving and really seem to care about my baby and how he felt. Carla was also was very prompt and really keeps the line of communication open. Great job Getty up mobile Grioming.

I booked Carla and she never showed up and after almost a week said she had broken her phone and wanted to reschedule once she got a replacement phone. We rescheduled again and she never showed up the second time either, been calling for 4 days and no response. I have no idea what hell it was this time but its extremely un professional to not send an email if not a phone text or message.

Carla is an Amazing Groomer. I am so happy with her Work. Definitely will keep using her. My BeBe Looks so Beautiful. Thank You, Thank You!!
