Our work and professionalism speaks for itself. We our experienced individuals that have been working in the industry for quite some time now. We get all of our customers through word of mouth. We do not do any advertising at this time, although it is something we are looking into.
The one thing I enjoy most about what we do, is eduacating the customer on how the system works and how to maintain it running at its full potential.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a few questions regarding their air conditioning expectations. Either home or small business installations or service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Associates degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in air conditioning. I have also worked as an Chief Engineer and Operations Engineer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We work with new contruction buildings and well as changing out old systems from residential homes. We also provide service on existing units for residential or commercial.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started being a project manager and lead technician. Wanted to emplement my eduacation with hands on training.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential, commerical, new construction, and small businesses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Honestly, I am fond of all our services. When I see how happy the customer is with our service, that is all I need.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice to do your own due deligence. Go online and learn a little on how air conditioning works. This way you have some understanding on how air conditioning works.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would want to know what you currently have and what you will need. The warranties that are provided with the product and service. You can find all this information online.
