About

I am not only a REALTOR®, but also I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor, a Real Estate Trainer and a Real Estate School Instructor. My goal is to help families achieve homeownership which will provide stability to the American Economic Market.

I have a passion to teach others how to be successful doing what I love. For my clients this means that I operate at the highest level of my Fiduciary Duty to them, but also they can count on me knowing my Market and know my skills are honed to a razors edge. I do not let my clients down.

    Frequently asked questions

Meeting face-to-face when we can, Zoom call consults are more normal now. For both buyer and seller consultations we can meet and discuss the appropriate plan for YOU to buy or sell.

I am a REALTOR®, I am a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. Also I am a Real Estate School instructor, and a Trainer. I make great agents as well as clients for life.

Price is determined by the listing.

I was looking for a meaningful job that would allow me the freedom to be my own boss and provide for my family. I loved it so much I went from Part time to full time in 6 months. Now I am a top agent in my region, a trainer and a Real Estate school instructor.

I work with all types of home buyers. Military (VA), first-timers are a specialty, and investors. Also, there are many types of home sellers I work with as well. Probate, Trust sales, short sales to name a few.

Closing on a clients home is one of my favorite days! The joy they get from getting exactly what they want is what makes me get out of bed.

Make sure you ask questions and that the person you are asking is able to answer them or give you the resource you need. It's ok to interview 2-3 agents to compare.

The main points usually come back to money. If you're thinking of buying a home:

    - Make sure you have SOME money to use. There's always a cash cost to buying a home, even with Zero Money Down programs.

    - If you've made a large financial purchase in the last 2-3 months, be prepared for that to negatively effect your outcome.

    - Credit K***a is NOT an accurate FICO® score! It uses a different algorithm to calculate your score and will not be the same when a lender looks at it.

For someone who is thinking of selling:

    - Be sure to know how much you owe on your house. Whether it's a first or second mortgage, or a lien from solar panels or a HERO loan.

    - Start decluttering NOW. If it's not essential to everyday life, box it and store it. When an agent, like me, shows up to go over the pricing and listing plan, we can better see what a potential buyer will see and be able to help making your home show-ready.
