I'm a 3d designer in Autocad with Solid modeling experience. I provide legal permittable plansets and detailed cabinetry design sets for kitchens bathrooms or workroom. Space planning in CADD in 3D is my specialty. I draw. I do not build. I travel to you for dimensions and return electronic and paper plansets for builders to construct from, per UBC codes. I build cars from the ground up and I run a dog rescue sitting service. Cats tolerated. If You need to leave home and travel you can trust me with your Castle and Critters. References available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the jobsite and prep for asbuilts. Can draw upnasbuilts draw up prelim designs. Cannot stamp drawings. I can to a reason decipher your structural requirements and advise doable or not. I prefer that calc'd elsewhere so we get thru the building dept. with a permit if we require one. I stick to the codes and design by them. If I'm permitting for you do I have a place to sleep. Cook. Shower? I'm leaving all I own to come see you.
