What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions to get an idea of the customers needs, likes, wants, budget, timeframe, etc. We listen to make sure we totally understand what the customer wants their space to look and feel like. When we have established a design with the client, we set to work to design the project on time and within the client's budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began Robinson Redesigns when I was a Realtor. It allowed me to help my clients who are selling their homes to get the most money for their properties by decluttering and staging their homes before it hit the market. It allowed me to help my buyers create a space in their new home that was warm and inviting. As other Realtors viewed my properties, they were impressed and hired me to stage their properties too. I continue to hone my experience with design classes, seminars and additional training. I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
