I have worked with experienced contractors and handyman and mechanics. I have learned a great deal from them and I'm very professional when it comes to my customers job.

A customer hired me to build them a bench. The bench was placed in front of his house for everyone to see.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research because a lot of things we pay someone else to do we can actually do them ourselves and save some money for a bigger project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customer should think about how much they want to spend and also a general idea of what kind of project they want to do.
