What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our clients and get to know them. Determine there needs and wishes. We then come up with renderings and present them to the client for approval. Then proceed to installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within our firm we have masters degrees in architecture, interior design, textile history, Bachelors in historic interiors and many years of experience

How did you get started in this business?
I designed my first home. I thought it was really nice. I then gave an open house party. One of my friends ask me to design her home in the hills of Berkeley. From the first client my business grew to what it is today

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I designed a home for a wonderful lady. When the home was finished she gave a party to present the home to her family and friends. The party was wonderful and we signe 7 new clients
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest the client state their wants and allow the design professional to determine the needs. Then combine the two. Trust your designer
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
a client should really know what there budget is and from there move forward with s professional. The time needed for the project to be completed is a very important question
