The LA Home Girl
A real estate agent is a lot of things. Experienced, knowledgeable, dependable, and able to deliver. It’s what’d you’d expect from any professional worth their salt. But what sets Kenya Reeves Costa apart from the rest is that she’s got your back, especially when it comes to making your real estate aspirations a reality. You don’t earn a nickname like The LA Home Girl without satisfying a few clients, and by the looks of her lengthy list of happy homeowners, it’s safe to say she’s worthy of that title. As the lead agent for the aptly named LA Home Girl Team powered by Keller Williams Realty, she’s made a name for herself for her down to earth approachability while being energetic enough to go the extra mile. That, and she’s totally fun to be around.
For the past 11 years, Kenya has enjoyed living and working in Los Angeles, fully immersing herself in city life and enjoying every minute of it. It’s no wonder, then, that she continues to get five star ratings on her services, lending her wealth of knowledge regarding the city’s amenities to those looking to sell property or buy a house. Having worked as a loan officer for two years, she knows a thing or two about negotiating the best deal for her clients, making the normally stressful experience a breeze with her warm, easy going personality. Her meticulous attention to detail means she’s offering an exclusively white glove service, tailoring her approach to fit your personal wants and needs. Basically, if you’re looking for an agent that is as passionate about real estate as she is compassionate, well, you’ve found The LA Home Girl.
Currently, Kenya lives in the Echo Park neighborhood focusing on nearby properties, but also has open escrows in Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills and Sherman Oaks. As a mentor and real estate coach, she educates those around her with that same dedication as a member of the Associate Leadership Council. A volunteer at Alliance of Moms, Kenya and her company donate to many local schools and participate in the Echo Parks Community Parade. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring Echo Park Lake with her husband Orlando and four-year-old daughter Kennedy, a lovingly rambunctious kid (sometimes referred to as the Mayor of Echo park). Fully hip to the local scene, she enjoys discovering fun spots for food and drinks in Echo Park, Silverlake, Los Feliz and Atwater Village neighborhoods.
I love everything about real estate, however, I mostly love connecting with clients. This career has placed me in a position where I get to interact with all kinds of amazing and interesting human beings from all walks of life. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to help my clients with one of the most important transitions of their lives.
