Hello my name is Tatyay Navarro and I've been doing dog training since 2018. I got certified and worked at different dog training facilities and now I am working on my own. I personally have two dogs, one is a blue heeler named Walt and a 7 year old Border Collie Heeler mix. Who I have used to help me dog train. I am passionate about helping the Pet Parents and making sure that dogs can stay in their home.
The type of trainer I am:
•I like to use a lot of positive reinforcements to help train your dog (use treats, toys, praised, etc to get your dog motivated) but I am also balanced to where if we had to use other training tools to help get your dog trained.
•I have you involved in the dog training so the dog learns to listen to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what their goals are and see what they are looking for, then go from there. Depending on what their goal is and what they want I find out if I am a good fit for them and their dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got certified in dog training from Petsmart and now I am on my own with private clients.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for animals since I was a little kid and now I am working with one of my favorite animals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All costumers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always find out what type of trainer they are, because each one is different and use different tools.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What exactly are they (the owner) are looking for?
What are the end results do they want?
