I love what I do. I wake up every morning asking myself one question...who can I help today? How can I resolve a problem standing in the way of my client's happines and or goals.
Preparing and educating my clients about the process of buying and or selling a home and then making it a reality. Home ownership is the stepping stone to wealth. I am on a mission of helping as many renters become homeowners.
Cathy the Great!!! Cathy went above and beyond in ensuring we found a perfect fit for our home. She was patient yet aggressive in the current housing market and that is the kind of realtor you need in order to be successful in todays market. She's courteous and professional I highly recommend her to all who are seeking an outstanding agent. Verified by RateMyAgent
Beyond Satisfied! I would recommend Cathy to anyone with assurance that she would take good care of them. She worked very closely with us and was always available to answer any questions we had as well as house viewings. She wasn’t one of those realtors who were just trying to get a sale, but she wanted to make sure we was making the best choice for our family. Cathy also get the job done! 5 Star realtor in my book.
My process for working with a new customer is to get a clear idea of what is needed to be achieved. This is done by having a consultation and taking miticous notes then determining the best process to achieve the goal.
I have a BA degree in management. Multiple certifications as a buyer's agent, short sale specialist and REO certification. I received my broker's license 2008 and have owned my own company since.
Since commissions are flexible, I do not have a standard pricing system. My commission is based on a mutually agreed upon commission.
I stated my real estate career as an investor and decided 18 years ago to do it fulltime.
I have had a full range of customers from military, relocation, first time homebuyer, seniors, and luxury.
One of my favorite memories is of a military family who moved from Japan and bought a home in La Palma, CA. They stayed for three years, then moved to Germany. While they were in Germany, I managed the rental of their home until they decided to sell it last year. We continue to keep in touch and I love watching their family grow. Although I will never live in the same place as the Villalpando family again, they will always be like family to me.
Make sure to hire someone who is a professional, not just a realtor or part-time agent. Ensure they have a marketing plan and not just placing a sign in the front yard.
Customers should ask themselves what are you looking to accomplish with the hiring of a realtor. Is your timing flexible? Have you educated yourself on the market? Do you need to buy and sell a home? If so, does the agent know how to coordinate this transition.
