I do residential and Commercial projects,i have 20 years of experiance working with concrete,no job too small.

Concrete to me is like a art and something that reqiures craftmanship,creativity and knowledge,i know not everyone want to get there hands dirty doing concrete work,my job is to help my customers reach there concrete goals and make sure they get everything they had in mind.
I have 20 years working with concrete,i started doing concrete work with my father,at first i did not like it but over time i learned that the more you learnd about concrete the easier the job got so as my dad would say (work smart not hard) later i figured out what that meant and now i say that to my own kids.
My father teached me that if you do the job right the first time you will never have to redo your work,untill this day i never forget that and i practice that on every job,i am not a believer of cutting corners thats why the first thing i did before working with my first customer is to get licensed to do concrete work in the state of california,i may not be a big company but my work is of the best quility thats for sure.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Step 1: schedule a appointment,once we figure a time and date to meet then i would ask for one hour of undisturbed time to get all the information i need to submit a bid and also talk about the wants and need also job budget.
•step 2: after meeting with the customer i would submit a price to do the job via email.
• step 3: customer would then review the estimate and make sure everything looks correct and ready to move forward,after signing the contract we would then schedule the next available working day to start the job.
•the process is quick and easy,we even work together with other contracters so we dont bump into each other on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im licensed with the contractors state License Board
My license category is c-8 for concrete.
