What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation allows me to have an understanding of the project & what products will be involved. I explain the process & timeline of the project. I provide a cost range to determine what products to have the client select from. Then we go shopping for the products. Prior to ordering I check inventory levels & availability if not in stock. Once the major items have been selected we can move forward with the construction & planning the project. I look at the project as a whole
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience working for other companies in various aspects of what I do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I want my customers to get what they want first. If I can make it affordable within reason great. If not then we will have to look at alternative products.
How did you get started in this business?
Many of the companies I worked for in the past failed on the support side. They expected the salespersons to work 60 to 80 hours a week. Now that I am in business for myself I can provide the necessary support & resources to my employees.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a wide variety of customers. Each has their own unique situation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The cheapest price isn't always better. The most expensive price doesn't mean the best.
