My services go beyond providing a pet groom and collecting the money. I strive to provide a safe,, calming , experience for every pet i take in. Building long term trusting relationships with pet as well as owner are key to success and making the hard work that goes into this service worth it.
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the excitment and joy expressed by the client when they first see their pet after a groom and seeing the pet happy and excited, tail wagging when they see their owner , its a kodak moment and knowing i was able to use my abilities to create that experience makes all the hard work worth it. I love the challenge of taking a pet thats messed up and tranforming it into a beautiful outcome.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confer by text or phone, clients are refered by other local groomers, friend that is already an existing client, yelp, or google. Once the line of comunication is opened i ask the potential client questions regarding their pet such as breed, age, wt, medical issues, skin condition, coat condition, is it pet friendly people friendly, does it have issues with nails trimmed ,paws touched, reaction to blow dryer, is the first time to grooming salon, and current vax record for rabie,and dhpp. I find out what services they are looking for, the location of salon, and work out what day and time is available vs what their schedule is. Sometimes a more personal in depth conversation takes place it depends on the client and questions they may have concerning myself, experience,or we share information concerning my pet and theirs. I am very eady going and very caring for the pets and their owners. I let them know they are important to me, that their pet is safe and my services are there to give the client what they want but more so to do what is best and safest for their fur babies.
