About
We started our own business due to working for previous companies who lack in a sense of pride in their quality of work. We do our best to provide a better customer experience, we communicate about everything, and we do not like to take any shortcuts to get our job done. We also type out contracts with our work so that both parties understand what is wanted and what is to be installed so there isnt any loose ends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer gets in contact with us, we set up a date to meet so that we can take measurements and discuss ideas/plans. Depending on scope of work we will either draw out some basic concepts of design or we can verbally speak the design/idea, not all jobs/customers need/require a physically drawn plan. We then will send the estimate to customer, and if approved, we will type out a contract to proceed with work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
