FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free full design on your turf install.

If you have a design idea set we will create your idea on paper or a full design using CAD design.

Once you have decided what design you will choose then we will show you turf samples in 10 different colors and shades  of green. All turf is the highest of quality. We will then schedule a start date. Most jobs are between 2 to 5 days in completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company is fully licensed, bonded and insured.

All our workers are trained and certified for a professional artificial grass installation.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our pricing is based on the type of turf you pick we have three levels of turf. High grade, medium grade and low grade. All turf looks great even the lower grade looks amazing. Our professional sales team will show you all the turf samples available.

How did you get started in this business?

I started as a turf installer. Then motivated by quality installs and the need to make customers happy with the results i started my own business. I now have been in business in the turf industry for over ten years and going strong. I allways used the honest approche to all my jobs. I personally trained all my workers to the highest standards allways going for 100% satisfaction and quality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers and even contractors hire me to do there work because they know the quality of work i do. I have done commercial, industrial and off course residential which is my bread and butter.

I even have done specailty work with turf that no one els in the industry wants to do I.E. art installations with turf, photo shoots with turf, roof top turf installs, indoor putting greeens etc...

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am curantly working on a Art install in down town Los Angeles. the project will be shown by the artist in a three day event and tickets will be available. The project measures 50 feet by 100 feet. this project should take me and my crew a week to complete. once done I will show pics on my website.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I allways tell customers you get what you pay for. Most turf jobs start at $7.00 per square ft. and go up to $15.00

however i have found some really bad jobs that make us pro's in the industry look bad. Customers pay very low prices for these bad jobs which they think there saving money and you can allways spot a bad job. I allways tell customers a bad job is worth nothing and is more expensive in the long run when the customer ends up calling a pro to redo a bad turf job over again.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

First off ask how long the pro has been in business and if possible ask for at least two references. Ask if they are bonded and insured then ask for a copy of this or ask then to show you proof. Allways make sure they have a california statre licence number then ask for that number. You can allways look up a pro on www.cslb.ca.gov by getting there licence number and see if they are in good standing. Ask for a step by step sheet of the installation process this way they cant cut any corners on the install.

Lastly ask if you can visit a front yard in your area that has been done by the pro also ask for copies of the turf warranty before you chose a pro to see who has the best warranty in the industry.
