Pacific Trust Managment
About
We strive to be timely in our service and as personal as possible. We want to keep all of our owners informed and satisfied.
I love being able to help owners turn their property into a business and having them trust us to manage their biggest financial asset. Seeing a trusting relationship develop over the years is a rewarding experience. I have even developed personal relationships that have lasted for years.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we want to meet the new client at their rental property and go over what the property might need and give an assesement of what the property might rent for. We also go over our services and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 licensed real estate agents working for the company and 1 real estate broker. We have a combined experience of 20+ years in the property management industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing for full service property management service is 8% of the monthly rent that is collected. We have NO set up fee. If clients wish to only have us help them find a tenant and then self manage, we charge half a months rent for our tenant acquisition services.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the industry working with a family friend who owned a small property management company. He hired me 13 years ago to help out with daily tasks. Over the years I took on more responsibilities and started running the daily ins and outs of the company. In July 2021 a colleague of mine and myself got together and purchased the company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers are average homeowners who own a personal home plus maybe one or two investment properties. We do have some owners who own many rental properties, as many as 30+. We have also worked with commercial rental properties/owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently recieved a call from a property owner who we have been working with for over 10 years. He wants us to have his entire property remodeled. He lives out of state and yet he trusts us to manage and oversee the remodel of his property in order to get it up to market rent. I love working with nice people who trust us to do the job the way it needs to be done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet with the professional in person. Ask lots of questions! Remember that you ALWAYS get what you pay for. Don't just look for the cheapest option unless youre okay with a sub-par job.
