What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step we take is setting up an appointment with the client to do a free walkthrough of the job/project. After, we normally send an estimate and detailed propsal for the work the same day or next at no cost. If a 3D design is required by the client we normally creat one within 1 week of the request for a small fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family businiess has been established since 1995, and we have over 20 years of experience.

We dont have set prices for our services since all jobs are unique.
How did you get started in this business?
My father started his small business with only 15 clients in 1995. He had a dream and a goal to one day make something of his business. From there on he learned as much as he could about landscaping. Teaching all his skills to his sons and employees.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service and work with residential clients, commericial clients, real estate clients and general contractors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice that I would give to anyone looking to hire a pro for ANY service, is to look for pictures/references on thier websites, social media and other platforms of thier past projects.
