The manager that responded was excellent - great communicator & fast follow up. He worked with me to resolve schedule issues & was very professional.
The groomer that showed up was outstanding. He handled my 5 dogs without problems & made little adjustments after the first one was done & he understood my preferences. He was on time & very organized.
I will definitely use these guys again!
