Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and now a resident of the San Gabriel Valley for the last 12 years. Married for 22 years and a father of three boys: Adrian (6), Christian (14) and Ryan (16). Attended University of LaVerne and obtained an Associates Degree and then transferred to Cal State Los Angeles to pursue my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

I decided to get into the real estate industry in 2006 after purchasing some investment properties. Prior to real estate, I worked in the management field since the age of 22. I managed work forces from 30 to over 1,000 employees. My experience in managing people and teams has been instrumental in my success in real estate. Real estate transactions have many moving and changing dynamics. Managing large projects enhanced my ability to multi-task , be goal oriented and strive to acheive win/win scenarios.

I pride myself in my communication, follow up, and negotiating skills. I believe that as an agent representing a buyer or a seller, it is very important to keep my clients informed in every step of the process. I believe that a person's character speaks volumes and the characteristics that I want my clients to remember me by are Professionalism and Integrity.

For me, real estate is not a job or a career, it is something that I genuinely love doing. My goal is always to make the transactions as stress-free as possible. I am well aware that making such a large purchase or sale can be life changing. Every transaction that I am involved in is different from the prior transaction.

When I work for you, I want to make sure I provide my clients with different options and as much information as possible before a decision is made. I have come to understand that there isn't one solution for all scenarios. I believe in educating my clients, having patience to understand each person's priorities, and building a relationship that will make me your agent of choice for life.

    I got started in the real estate industry as an investor.  I enjoyed the process of searching for homes, negotiating the deal and closing the purchase that I decided to also make it my profession.

    Each of my deals is unique.  Recently closed a purchase for a recent divorcee.  I wanted to find her a good deal in a good area.  Her price point was not very high so we ended up looking for homes in San Bernardino County.  I wanted to make sure she was in a safe neighborhood.  I was able to accomplish that and also find her a home within her budget.  Getting a call from her a month after closing and her telling me how happy she was really made my day.
