Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
When working with buyers, our fees are complimentary.
Seller's: our fees include cooperating with the full MLS and buyer's agents, staging, photography and more.
How did you get started in this business?
Licensed in 2004 and first started out working with real estate marketing company, and then mentoring with the top agent in my area. We've come along way to now run our own team.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First-time buyers to seasoned investors. Seller's first home sales, seller's who want to sell and move up, seller's who want to downsize. Seller's relocating out of the area. 1031 exchange sellers. Seems we've done it all over the years.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love when we drive multiple offers to the listing when we're representing a seller. I love putting my clients in the driver seat so that they're negotiating with multiple buyers driving the price up, as oposed to one buyer potentially negotating them down in price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone with a small enough team that they can truly provide great systems and value. You don't want a solo agent who flys by the seat of their pants, and you don't want a huge team where you're lost in the shuffle. A small efficient team works best in this market.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How do you handle incoming inquiries on my home? Are you personally responding to all the inquiries, what would happen if you're sick or out of town? How do you track and monitor the showing feedback and activity? What systems do you use to manage the marketing? Is the check list of what to do actually written down, or all in your head? How many homes have you sold in the last 12 months, and what was the average sales price to list price ratio? How many listings did you take that didn't sell?
