What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start out with a 15 minute discovery phone conversation so I can understand what your big plans are. If we think we're a good match for each other, we can schedule a 90 minute in person consultation (starts at $350). To learn more about what to expect from a 90 minute consultation, please visit my website and watch the video. I will then provide you with a minimum proposal via email. Once an Agreement is signed and a deposit is received, the design process begins. I collaborate with you to understand your style, deliver a Mood Board, and sometimes a 3D rendering depending on your project. I will then source products for you and see your project through the ordering and delivery process. Some clients hire me to Project Manage once remodeling has started and some like to DIY it, I'm flexible in my process and will explain the pros and cons of both to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the pleasure of making homes beautiful for many clients ranging in design styles from mid-century modern (my personal favorite), to contemporary, to industrial, farmhouse, and transitional. I've designed anything from a single room to bathroom and kitchen remodels. I work with excellent Trades and pride myself on excellent service.

Each project is unique so I like to provide a proposal based on how long I think it will take to complete. This is based on my hourly rate of $125/hr.
