And all floors are cleaned (almost always done by hand). Don't have the $ they want to answer requests.Also listening to specifics of customer. I recomend a to do list if you would like. It will help both of us.
I enjoy the smile and look on a customer's face once the cleaning is all done. Even the pets seem happy. Good vibes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Does customer want me to provide cleaning supplies? Or would they prefer their own. As well as vacuum. It is totally understood and no offense taken if customer prefers the use of their own supplies. I do have my own . And I'm open to suggestion of what type cleaners the customer prefers. I know that cleaning of ones' house or apartment or vacation rental e.t.c. is a huge thing!!! My hope is that all involved will be pleased with the outcome. I treat each cleaning with care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an at home mom for 17 years. And was starting to build my cleaning business before pandemic (stay at home order in february 2020). I am now hoping to gain clientale. Ive always helped friends with cleaning and organizing. As well as doing some residential cleaning. And "airbnb's" turn arounds.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How often do they want a general house cleaning? Its best to stay on top of cleaning if not every week at least twice a month. If just once a month expect to pay more. What tasks would you like handled? Changing and washing of sheets or any laundry? Do you want all rooms serviced? Or just common areas kitchen,living room,1 bathroom ? Or whole house? Types of cleaning supplies being used or are you just wanting to be pleased with outcome. Communication is key. Giving specific instruction as to what is wanted. And then doing walk through before and after. Getting together a list of specifics is recomended. Example : door of upstairs bathroom needs cleaning and kids rooms under beds: Any questions the client has should be answered.
