Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your residence or place of business, measure the project area, answer all of your questions, show you our products, create a detailed sketch, and give you an estimate. Consultations generally take about 30 minutes and are free.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our rates start, on average, at around $7.25 per square foot for excavation, turf and installation. The price may be higher, or lower, depending on the type of turf selected and the complexity of the job.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done installations for Cities, Schools, Golf Courses, Celebrities, Las Vegas Casinos, Small to Large Businesses, and Residential Customers. But we treat them all with the same respect that they all deserve. Whether we're doing a driving range at a country club, or a small putting green in a homeowner's backyard, we provide top notch products and stellar customer service from start to finish!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework! There are a lot of inexperienced landscapers & gardeners jumping on the bandwagon and doing nightmarish installations. Often times the customer is left with spending thousands of dollars on a home improvement that sadly needs to be redone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can the professional provide documentation that the turf they are installing contains No Lead or other heavy metals? Does the professional use kid & pet friendly infill? How long has the professional been in business? Is the professional licensed? If the installation goes South, will the professional be around months down the line to fix the issues?
