We stage homes 5 days a week and have staged over 200 homes a year!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our basic starting package is if we stage the living room, dining room, kitchen and master is included $2,200.

Each additional bedroom is $200

Each office $200

Each bathroom $50

Family rooms are $400

Patios are $100-300

It includes a 2 month rental with all delivery, set up and removal fees included

We fully stage the spaces with furniture, rugs, art, accessories, etc. We need a 2-3 day notice to book usually but can always try and accommodate you last minute. We are closed on the weekends. Staging typically takes 2-3 hrs and we bring everything with us that day and load it into the house. Once finished you're ready for photos.
