What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person at my office or in your home (or even at a coffee shop, wherever you are most comfortable) so we can y’all fave to face and have what I call an “initial consultation.” Here is where I teach you about the home buying or home selling process. Here too is where you can ask me questions; if I don’t have the answer I will find out!
If you are relocating from out of town, we can Skype or Facetime to discuss and make a plan. I’m here to help and will work hard to earn and keep your business. Look forward to working w you!

How did you get started in this business?
I graduated from college in Virginia. Came to be closer to my boyfriend who was in BUDS, then became a Navy SEAL and we got engaged.
I was an intern at a local hospital planning to go to graduate school and one of my patients was a Realtor. He paid me to call his past clients on my free time. Then I started doing open houses w him. Loved it. Got licensed. Met so many wonderful people selling “America’s Finest City!”
Never went to grad school and LOVE MY JOB/SolCal life!🇺🇸💛😎

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think through their private goals so that they can organize their thoughts and convey to their realtor what their expectations are. Then we can be on the same page and work together to create a plan of action that we put in motion when you are ready, achieving the best results also when you are wanting to have achieved them. Communication is key. I am here to help and serve!
