REALTOR - Coldwell Banker
About
I come from a service backround, having been in the restaurant business as both a service specialist and an owner for 22 years. This is exactly how I view being a Realtor as well, it is all about service. I help both my buyers and sellers by listening to their needs, explaining the process from start to close, being available and responsive to their questions and concerns and negotiating on their behalf. I think it is important to work together with my clients builiding a connected and trusting relationship. Real estate is my passion and I believe that is expressed in how I work.
I have been working in real estate since 2015, exclusively with Coldwell Banker In this time I have closed a number of transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. I received a Sterling Designation Award for my gross sales in 2017 and received a Diamond Designation Award for my gross sales in 2018.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with a new client, if they are local, or arrange a phone conversation, so we can learn more about each other. I have a questionnaire that helps me get a better understanding of what my clients need are and how I can better help serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I take multiple classes throughout the year, in the office, online and at the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, so I can stay educated and aware of changes to the market, policies and disclsoures.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of all types - first time home buyers, sellers, trust sales, FSBO's and investors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My last sale was such a pleasure and an experience I really got great satisfaction from. I had a client that was in a tight financial situation, needed a ground level condo without stairs and was really concerned about being in a neighborhood where she would feel safe. I knew this would be a tough challenge with the San Jose market being what it is, but I was able to find her a home that met ALL of her criteria. She was almost in tears with the great find! It is such personal satisfaction to make my clients happy!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview a few different agents and find an agent that you feel most comfortable with. People have different personalities and working styles. You need to align yourself with someone you think is compatable with your style of communicating, understands what is important to you, knows the areas you are interested in and can explain the process so you are comfortable every step of the way.
