What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Always like to do as much research prior to our first meeting as possible. I will ask a few initial questions, and then set up a meeting where we can talk about specifics, discuss the current market, and come up with a strategy to meet our goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Real Estate Brokers License with 19 years of experience.
I have a Marketing Degree from San Jose State University, and I use my marketing skills daily.
I am also a CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) agent.

How did you get started in this business?
My father has been in Real Estate since 1970, and my brother is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. I grew up in a surrounding where real estate was a common topic, and after obtaining my marketing degree I also passed my Brokers exam.

I recently worked on an 80 acre project in Los Gatos Mountains. It was a beautiful piece of land with a peaceful setting and great opportunity.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
One should be aware of our current market realities, low inventory, market outlook, and formulate strategies to meet your goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Some things to consider:
As a Buyer: meeting with a loan agent to obtain a Pre-Approval will let you plan strategy more efficiently, and is a good first step. Please let me know if you need a recommendation.
