Naji Boutros - Realtor
About
I provide services to my clients that no other realtor would do or even think of doing. I've helped my clients move. I've repaired credit. I've fronted money for repairs, earnest money deposits, and closing costs.
I like the problem solving. Where there is a will there is a way, and a little creativty can help everyone walk away from a transaction happy as can be.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to determine what your needs are. Are you renting, buying, selling, or leasing? Renter's and buyers don't pay me anything out of their own pocket. Sellers and landlords pay me a comission depending on the outcome of the transaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in real estate in some copacity since 2004. I've studied it in college. I've build/repaired homes with my family. I invest in real estate regularly. I'm also licensed and a member of the national, state, and local associations.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Landlords pay me 5% of the annual rental income of the tenant I aquuire for them.
Sellers pay me 6% if I do not represent the buyer, 4% if I do represent the buyer, and 2% if they find the buyer themselves.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been directly or indirectly involved in real estate most of my adult life. In 2011 I dove in and bought my first rental. I continued investing part time until 2014, then started doing real estate full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've helped people reduce their debt, increase their credit scores, and apply for grants and assitance programs in order to purchase a house. I've worked with investors who are looking for something they can add value to and resell for a profit.
I've worked with families trying to upgrade to a bigger/better home.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I had a client who had an $18,000 debt to a time share she never used. I reduced that debt to $7000, fixed her credit, and she is now the proud owner of a 3/2 home up in Castaic, CA
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Work with someone you trust, and are comfortable with. For a successful transaction you need to be able to trust that your agent has your best interests in mind. You also need to be comfortable asking questions or requesting information.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have the answers to the following questions at the top of your mind:
1) What can I comfortably afford each month?
2) How much do I have saved up for a down payment?
3) Whats my credit score?
4) What do I need in a new home? (city, # of beds, # of baths, pool, yard, etc)
