What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get as much information and detail about the job possible, followed by scheduling an appointment with the customer to give them an estimate. If the customer is happy with the estimate and decides to move forward with having us complete the job we then schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with tools and learning the trades for more than 18 years. We focus on detail and the wants and needs of the customer and complete every job with the mindset that it is our own.
How did you get started in this business?
I enjoy helping others and being able to help them and see a smile on their face after the job is done
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owners, property managers, landlords, business owners. We have worked with a variety of customers
