How did you get started in this business?
Started working with dogs/cats as a kennel attendant at K9 loft and over the years worked my way up in the company. I trained with some of my fellow groomers while working as a kennel attendant and about 2 years ago became a fulltime dog groomer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The style room you want for your dogs, the length of the cut. What type of shampoo do we offer in case they have a dog with sensitive skin.
