After working in 2 different companies I decided to take the board exam and finally after passing the 2 (business and low )and( trade) exam of contractor state licensing board I started my own small business.

Calling and scheduling an appointment.
calling Customer 30 minutes before arriving.
Starting my diagnosis with the refundable cost, if customer higher me for finishing the repair 50% off the diagnosis charge is going to be refunded.
after finding the issue ,providing a proposal for repair and asking customer for authorizing the cost of repair.
After taking authorization, providing the parts and service and finally charge Customer for the provided job.
