What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We take down address and phone, set an appointment to customers liking.  We let you know the name of your uniformed service tech arriving to your home or business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Los Angeles trade college, served a formal apprentice program.

30 years experience, 15 years in business.  Service techs have a minimum of 8 years experience with air conditioning schooling before that..

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Standard service call is $ 65.00.. We apply service charge to complete visit.  Typical repairs are a flat rate which works out better for customers, no travel times.

How did you get started in this business?

Air Conditioning and heating service takes someone that can learn plumbing, electrical, and of course refrigeration.  Great challenge in 1977.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

Many customers aren't in the position to replace their air conditioning or heating just because it stopped working.  Most companies won't repair equipment mostly because they never learned how to.  We get great pleasure saving people THOUSANDS of dollars fixing equipment most companies won't...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Watch them while they work and ask questions..

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask about service call charges, ask the price of freon if needed.  Careful about pricing because prices are very different from one company to another for the same repairs..
