What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our Buyers, our first step is to sit down and have a disucssion about the current market place, their criteria and needs/desires in home buying. If they are a first time home buyer, we also go step by step through the home buying process to set their expectations. After that we get them set up with lenders, set up a search and start touring properties.
For our Sellers, the first step is to meet at the property and do a quick tour of the property that is going to be sold. We would then make a time about 1 week later to sit down and go through a presentation we put together. It would include our marketing procedure, the current market environment and our valuation of the property.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with first time home buyers and sellers and experienced buyers/sellers alike. We have worked with investors, developers and landlords and commercial properties. We have worked through the Bay Area and many different housing types.
