As a realtor I provide real estate consulting regarding purchasing and selling your home. I use different and unique modalities to choose the perfect home for you, as well as, stage your existing home. The techniques used are specific to your individual qualities and how to enhance them.
I also provide interior design using Classical Feng Shui principles as well as my Design principles from my Fine Arts degree and certification from a British school of Interior Design
I love working with clients to match their dreams and goals and find a successful and beneficial outcome. Whether it is selling their home or using my experience of the market to purchase their home, I use my in depth training in space design and location to achieve the perfect solution.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respect the client's uniqueness and begin the process with a conversation addressing their priorities, their budget, and the results they would like to achieve. It is important to understand what are the key factors for a successful outcome. Once this is established, I will do considerable research and present a draft proposal. It is a collaborative process with my client that can be inspiring and fun. I oversee all the details and keep in constant communication with my client on each step of the process. The finished project then has a sense of fulfillment with lasting results.
