What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will typically contact us through our different platforms including giving us a phone call and coming into our office. The next step is talking with them about their project and giving them the correct information and then setting up a time for one of our estimators to come out and give them a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has highly trained professionals and skilled tradesmen from each different trade of construction.

Each job will vary depending on the scope of work and job type. Because of this we offer free estimates so you know what the price will be before you even have to pay anthing or commit.
How did you get started in this business?
Our company got started back in 2006 and from there we have grown into the compnay we are today. Making it through the recession in 2008 and still managing to create a successful, customer first business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with home owner, property managment companies, real estate agents, first time home buyers and so many more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Just make sure you choose a company that gives you the correct information. That doesnt always mean it is what you want to hear. Go with a company that is informed with the laws and regulation of residential construction as well.
What questions should customers think through before talking to companies about their needs?
You may not know exactly what you are needing at the time of requesting information. That is ok. We are here to help. However if you know and have a budget for larger project such as a kitchen or bath remodel, then that is always helpful.
