What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We require a free trial day before any boarding. The free trial day is basically a free day of daycare if that’s how you would like to use it. We need current vaccinations at that time. Dogs and cats are not permitted in the facility without vaccination records on file. We need Rabies, DHPP and bordetella. Please call in advance to boom trial day.
