I accommodate the dogs just as much the owners. I make sure everyone is satisfied. I've been watching over dogs for a year and I've had a hefty amount of different variety of dogs since then and it's been nothing but fun. I learn something new each time with a dog.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make them feel welcomed, I'll make sure to hear them out and reply back as soon as I can. I shall checkup on them to let them know I haven't forgotten or lost interest. I will definitely accommodate them if they want to extend the stay or pick up/drop off there dog really early and late.

For puppies it's 20 and for adults it's 18
How did you get started in this business?
Dogs bring me joy and I'd like to have one around as much as possible to help me get through the day. They keep me active and have a purpose so I looked up doggie related jobs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with really kind people who are super talkative and genuinely like me. They have me as there primary dog boarder because they live busy lives and they trust me. Also worked with people who aren't into talking and want the job done. They were one time thing. Others weren't very nice.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What specifications I as a boarding person should know about your dog before handing them to me. How many times will you take them outside for a walk? How long are the wlaks? Where will they be held all the time? Will you be present most of the time? Will there be other dogs? Ect. Any questions or concerns.
