About
Our Mission is to advocate for high quality pet care, providing education and awareness through our all Natural and or Organic Grooming. We never use Cage Dryers, all of our drying is done by hand. Our indoor facility is built of all natural, recycled and green materials. All Groomers are Pet Cpr Certified and owner is a Pet Cpr and First Aid Instructor. We donate a percentage of our proceeds to Global United Foundation helping to save animals worldwide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always welcomed! We never turn down a dog that has difficulty getting groomers or is in his senior years. Our staffed is trained to deal with situations in a kind and respectuful manner to your pet. Grooming times may vary on the amount of time the pet needs to get through their Gentle grooming process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is trained in Pet Cpr, First AID, Helping your pets through their senior years, trained in working with rescue dogs, aggresice dogs and all breeds. Bathing and Grooming certifications have been obtained.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our Basic Bath pricing starts at $35 for a small dog, $45 a medium dog and $55 a large dog. Our Full grooming prices start at $65 a small dog, $75 a medium dog and $85 a large dog. Our CAT grooming starts at $55 and $95 for Lion cuts.
How did you get started in this business?
Laguna Pet Spa previously Judi's Pet Grooming was established in 1984, with only 2 owners, it went through its name change over 8 years ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with Loal customers in our surrounding cities, but have clients come from as far as New York, Las Vegas and San Diego to service their dogs with us. We work with many rescue organizations, including volunteer work in 7 diffrent countries with our sister foundation Global United Foundation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Laguna Pet Spa host fundraisers to help animals around the world every month. We have helped thousands of dogs, most recently, we worked with International Veterinarians in Guatemala and fundraised to cover the cost of many vaccinations, Spay and Neuteres for animals in need. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When Hiring a Pet Groomer, consider asking the following questions: How long have your groomers been grooming? What type of shampoos or products do you use? Is your staf trained in Pet CPR or First aid? Do you cage dry your animals? And if you have reservations about leaving your pet a a groomers too long, as what is your turnaround time?, and a request a time you would like your pet to be ready.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have a senior pet, a pet with special needs; for example heart issues, seizures, etc, consider asking your groomer if they have experience handling these cases and what their protocol is in case of an emergency.
