What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take a consultative approach and meet with all of our new clients. We will sit down with you and go through the entire buying and selling process so you will feel comfortable working with my team and I.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Real Estate coach and I travel the country teaching agents how to sell Real Estate at the highest level and how to represent their clients at the best of their ability. We are also one of the top teams in the state and 40 under 40 winners.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started in the business to HELP others. Real Estate is all about relationships and relationships are what we do best.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
This market is EXTREMELY competitive and you will need an agent who knows how to write a strong offer and beat out the competition.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is their expierence and how many transactions has that agent done. NOT ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS ARE CREATED EQUAL.
