Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by testing and evaluating a home and modeling everything in a software that tells us exactly what that home needs in order to properly condition it and make it energy efficient!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are NATE certified and BPI BA Certified. We are also a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer which means we get special training in order to ensure top service!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is completely customized for each individual home - there are no two homes alike. What one home may need, the other may not!
How did you get started in this business?
We volunteered with a local weatherization partner for quite a while before starting this.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work mainly in residential retrofit and small commercial.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
When we replaced 8 tons off cooling with 4 tons! Literally HALF!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Quality contractors have great reviews and are responsive!
