Listen to find out what they want in the way of a sales price or features in a home they are looking to buy and match up what is available in the market to those requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JD degree(1st Degree in law) helps me to navigate the legal documents involved in today's real estate transactions and in reading new home contracts, solar leases etc.

Realtor services for purchasing a home are gratis and paid for by the seller. Typically I ask for a 3% commission.
How did you get started in this business?
Moved to Phoenix to take care of my elderly mother and began my real estate career then (1995)
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly residentail real estate buyers and sellers with occasional commercial transactions. Vacation homes, investment homes, ham radio homes, upsizing, downsizing, divorcing couples and estate homes.
