What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it is important to find out what my Customers area of interest is, and what there wants and needs are. That is an important first step to help me better serve them and see if I am a good fit for them as an agent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed since 2006 with an active Real Estate License in Arizona and California. I am have Short Sale and Foreclosure Resourse Certification. In addition to the required ongoing real estate education in AZ and CA, I take classes during my free time, keep up on the latest news, training and technology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For clients that find me through HomeGuide and choose to use me as there agent to Buy or Sell a Home. I am offering a 1% Credit towards your Close of Escrow on the buy side, example on a $500,000 home that would be a $5,000 credit. If you are selling a home with me the listing fee would be 1.5% to list, plus buyer broker compensation, I typically suggest to be between 2.5%-3%.
How did you get started in this business?
I owned and opterated multiple retail stores in California. One of my locations was next door to a Real Estate Brokerage. I became friends with the owner of that office. Took an interest in Real Estate getting to know the business and industry from him., loved the business and the rest is history!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential Buyers and Sellers, plus Custom Home and Land Buyers.
