What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets sit and chat around the table while I show you exactly how I do business completely differently than all other agents.. My system virtually guarantees 2 things. 1. Your property will actually sell, and 2. You will get more money than any other way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with distressed properties for many years. I have a solid understanding of the struggles that go with those situations. I also have been a student of sales since I was in the 3rd grade where I started winning sales awards, this continued throughout my sales carrer and I apply these learned skills and tactics to all my dealings.

My pricing and stratagies I share only with my clients. once you know how I do business you will understand why I don't just give it away willy nilly.
How did you get started in this business?
Well I spent many years flipping homes with my brother the realtor... I own a carpet cleaning company and once I injured my sholder (rotator cuff) I wasn't able to continue running that company (working) so since both my mother and brother were realtors they convinced me to get my license and go full time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My biggest piece of advice is for those that need a "fast" sale. for many different reasons peolpe decided to go "ibuyer" and sell their house for a quick cash offer. This is a "wholesale" offer and they are giving up 10's of thousands of dollars. Yes beyond what any commissions to realtors would be. I've seen this happen many times. Sometimes loosing $40,000+ on the sale of a single home. I have proven stratagies that can Net them Thousands more at no extra risk.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you knew for CERTAIN that waiting to sell your house would cost you 1000s if not 10s of thousands.. would you have to wait to sell?
