I've been in the business for 15yrs and have never personally had a sellers home expire off the market. In perspective of that I always tell my clients to 'start packing' which leads into how we help you prepare your home for top dollar when you choose us to sell your home. Overall in a market of shifts, I've served sellers in a boom, bust and correcting market where we've averaged 99.2% list to sale price ratio when the average in MLS has ranged from 96-97%. We protect your equity like we protect ours. We focus on protecting your investment with strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to keep you informed and collaborate as a partnership in this process. I've crafted the study of many markets in all cities to create greater opportunities for sellers to reach highest market values possible and when our proven system is used sellers reap the benefits of top dollar in a short time.
I've ranked as our top individual residential agent in our market center of over 350 agents since 2015 and rank in the top 2% of our company globally out of 150,000++ agents and top 1% in our MLS. I take your results seriously, just as you see I take my results. I have spent time getting to know an international market of agents across the world and built a reputation for helping relocation and second home ownership family and friends of theirs. 1. Comprehensive Phone Consultation, Buyer completes needs assessment form
2. Follow up to that in the office to review everything on the big screen and build a strategy along with clarity of the market and paperwork
