What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with customers about their needs and the pets needs, we book appts and during check in we again discuss in person any other details that may have not been addressed at initial conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 26 years experience. Hold the following: Certified Pet Aesthetician, Master Groomer Candidate, Certified AKC Safe Salon.

Pricing is depending upon breed, size, coat type of pet at check in. We do have a price estimator but final prices are determined at checkin/out
How did you get started in this business?
The owner grew up raising livestock and small animals. With a passion for animals she started working at a young age in a grooming salon, from there she worked her way up to the Owner and Pet Stylist she is today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all animals in need of skin & coat issues requiring healing techniques and products as well as regular grooming.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would highly suggest reading reviews and engaging in a meaningful conversation with the person doing the grooming. You should get to know the groomer and make sure they understand your wants and needs as the pet parent. Trust is a huge factor in our industry. Also make sure the facility is CLEAN and doesn't smell.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want as an end result, have clear conversations with groomer. Be specific as possible with expectations. But please also know, grooming live moving animals is difficult so sometimes for the safety of the animals well being, grooming may not always turn out the way you expect. Please talk with your groomer about any and all behavioral issues your pet(s) may exhibit at the groomer.
