well at first i thought she was a professional but after i picked up my cat. i learned she wasnt.
she said a bath and nails trimmed also included the ears to be cleaned as well as the tushi. when i met her at the appt i told her that i had just adopted her from Halo and seemed she might have been abused. also let her know this was her very first time. said she could handle it. not only did she not show up in a mobile shop but came prepared to do all the work in the house. (this is where i should have said no but i didnt)
she had her for over an hour, closer to 2 hrs. when i picked her up it was already dark outside so i couldnt barely see my cat. but she was all curled up in the back of her carrier. she used to love this carrier so much that she would sleep in it or take naps. now shell just smell it and back away.
i got her home and couldnt believe my eyes. i paid $55 for nails that were cut so bad that 2 of her paws were bleeding, her fur was long and black and shiney. now it was not just a normal choppy cut but so choppy that i counted at least 4 cuts and abrasions from what im assuming was the shaver.
for all the pet lovers out there, you just cant tell me that those were mistakes that she didnt know about. cus she never said anything to me about a snip here or a nick there. she said nothing. oh, and the bath?that never happened either. just a spill of soap or shampoo or just a massive spray of perfume to make it seem as though she bathed her. she was happy for the money though.
now this morning i made an appt with her vet to make sure none of the wounds have gotten infected b the tools she used on her to make all those accidents that she conveniently forgot to tell me about.
BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS LADY! SHE IS DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY WITH PETS!!!!

    Frequently asked questions

When we first get a customer we find it important to know exactly what they are looking for. We combine their needs, wants,  history, circumstances and previous experience to assist them as best as possible.

We have people trained in grooming, nursing, assisting and training on board. That does not include all the talents making up our volunteer workers at the clinical rescue where our proceeds go.

We offer the best possible pricing for our pets, supplies and services since our main concern is to support the rescue and to help the pet family live happy, healthy and long lives together in order to enriched our lives as pets were made to do. Some of our costs include boarding for $20.00/day $25/00/overnight, we pet sit for $35/day or $45/overnight. Our grooming prices start @$40.00 for a toy breed and go up from there according to size by $10.00 increments . Again, We offer multi-pet discounts. We not only brush teeth, but scale them as well.  We also vaccinate against the diseases that we have been able to prevent so far for $25.00. Our poop scooping prices depend on how far we have to travel, how large of an area we need to cover and how many animals we are cleaning up after. We start the pricing @ $15.00. Our pet wholesale prices  can best be described by example; we had a $2300-$2600 bred dog that we sold for only $650.00. We cannot guarantee that much difference in pricing at all times, however we do strive to get you the best cost possible.

I’ve always dearly loved animals and started out as a kennel worker at age eleven. Children used to be allowed to work. By the time I was twelve years old I had decided that I was going to be a Veterinarian. So I began my schooling and continued to work in various hospitals however life has always seemed to get in my way, so I was only able to make it up to nursing status so far. I have found that this work for the rescue is the best possible way that I have found so far to help out as many animals as possible without having my doctors license. Haven’t given up yet, but this keeps me pretty busy.

We have worked with all types and kinds of people, in our combined experience there probably isn’t a character that we have’t come across. However, the most rewarding people to me has been helping the elderly that don’t want to give up on their pet yet can’t handle some of the responsibilities any longer. This both saves lives as well as keeping the person living an enriched life.
