What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call them and setup a meeting time at their house to see firsthand what they are thinking for a remodel. Once I take pictures and measure, I would go back to my home office to write a formal proposal then email it to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tech school to learn CAD, community college for architecture and design
How did you get started in this business?
Its been my dream career since my pre-high school years.

I just celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary!
