How did you get started in this business?
I have been in the receiving end, warehousing, dispatch, and packing for over 30 years. The need for a White Glove service brought me into my own venture that has grown into one of the most successful and growing transport companies that is the only one of a kind service in the transport industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all scenarios for moving- relocation , vacation homes, Expats, boat transports, partial moves, packing, crating, International port relations and transports as well as relations with negotiating taxes at the Border.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Through our referrals we have been introduced to the big fishing event called, Bisbees Fishing tournament held in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. We transport boats into Mexico and into the U.S
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
we highly advise to do your due diligence on the background, referrals, and experience. Make sure there are no hidden costs that may arise after you have made an agreement on cost and note - usually the least expensive is most always a red flag especially moving throughout Mexico.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be sure to ask where the company is based and they have a reputable company with many referrals. Be sure they have insurance - full coverage to protect your valuables throughout transport. Choose a transport company that handles your goods within their possession only from pickup to delivery, subbing out to many others to get to your moving destination almost always results in challenges such as damage-lost inventory and at times days and even months later of agreed delivery dates.
