What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Take your call then we get your pick up and drop off info. Do an inventory then calculate aprox time then base the info on our hourly rate plus truck fee. Time begins on arrival ends when all service is complete.
For home sales and rental clients we perform a market analysis and strategy, use recent sales comparable to establish value, then we do a walk-through to give marketing tips.
For rentals we do the same as above. We do everything propert management companies do except take monthly payments. We do full tenant screening. Including credit checks, civil and criminal background checks, and eviction reports.
