First being pre-qualified to purchase is the most important step in looking for real estate. If you don't know what you can afford you may be spinning your wheels and wasting time looking at property you're under qualified or over qualified to purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an active real estate license in Arizona and have been transacting deals since 2005.

Pricing varies upon project. I will work with my customers to ensure the process is streamlined and affordable.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working as an assistant to a broker in 2005, learned the business and went to school to pursue my career and obtain proper licensing.

Ask how long they've been in the business. Take a look at their website and ask if they specialize in certain areas.
